Multi-industry Adaptability: For the high cleanliness requirements of photovoltaics and semiconductors, valve bodies conforming to industry standards are provided; for highly corrosive environments such as chemical and ironmaking, special alloys and protective coatings are used; in the pharmaceutical and biochemical fields, GMP and cleanroom requirements are met.

What are the technological advantages of BallValvesMore's ball valves in terms of corrosion and leakage prevention?

1. High-Performance Corrosion-Resistant Materials

Using special stainless steel, titanium alloy, or high-polymer composite materials, they maintain long-term stability in extreme media such as strong acids, strong alkalis, and salt spray.

The surface employs multi-layer metal plating or ceramic spraying, significantly improving wear resistance and corrosion resistance, extending the valve body's service life.

2. Innovative Sealing Structure

Employing a double-seal design: an internal metal seat with a high-elasticity polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing ring, and an external layer of fluorocarbon elastomer, forming a "double leakage prevention" barrier.

The fit accuracy between the ball and the valve seat reaches 0.01mm, ensuring zero leakage in fully open, fully closed, and intermediate positions.

3. Leakage Prevention Detection and Self-Check Function

Equipped with a built-in micro-pressure sensor, it monitors internal pressure changes in the valve body in real time. The system triggers an alarm and records data upon detecting even a minor leak, facilitating rapid troubleshooting and repair.
